Athasies Residences

Athasies Residences will consist of three independent apartment buildings, with five or six apartments in each building. The complex has 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, of which one 2 bedroom ground floor apartment and two 3 bedroom floor apartments with their own large private roof garden, having all the specifications of being considered an independent residence.

The project is located in a very priviledged area behind the Famagusta Fire Station. The priviledged location makes it idea lfor permanent residence as well as a holiday home. The property is located within the residential area of Deryneia giving the advantage to the customers to benefit from the Government's Housing Scheme for areas next to the borders.

With a special emphasis on planning, our company provides high quality spaces, based on orientation, lighting, ventilation, privacy and the well-being of the residents. By designing three independent apartment buildings we ensure the small number of apartments in each building, with two apartments on each floor and no contact with each one. In this way, each apartment is free around the perimeter, giving it luxury and comfort. The covered terraces are an extension of the apartment's interior space, making them a living space, especially with the climate in Cyprus, where the outdoor spaces remain alive throughout the year. All apartments will have storage and covered parking on the ground floor. Also, they will have provision for a/c, provisions for electric heaters and provisions for electric shutters. The project will be of energy efiiciency A, with an external thermal facade and heat insulating aluminiums. Each apartment will have its own independent photovoltaic system.

The project is expected to start in June 2024, with a completion date of December 2025.
